We typically need to receive payment upon completion of the service call unless other arrangements and terms have been established with the customer– we gladly accept checks, cash and major credit cards.

We are a small local business, so we may not be able to beat something dollar to dollar, but we are the best option. 
If you buy your equipment out of the area or online you cannot guarantee the quality when it arrives at your doorstep, like the equipment we sell. We are a reliable option because we work directly with the manufacturer.

If you buy it online, there is no guarantee that there will be anyone local to service your equipment if it goes down!
If you buy something out of the area you have to deal with freight damage, putting it together, and installing it; which is something you will not have to worry about when dealing with us. That is why it is best to go local. 

We offer only quality items and services, we service all the manufactures we sell. You don’t have to worry about the travel and expenses of dealing out of the area!

Our technicians can look at all kinds of equipment from refrigeration, gas, steam, etc. Basically if it is a piece of commercial equipment we can take a look at it. Everything from slicers, toasters, mixers, walk-in’s, fryers, steamers, ovens, ranges, grills…etc.

Typically we try our best to respond to all service calls within 24 hours or based upon the emergency of the call

Commercial Appliance Repair charges for travel as a flat rate charge for each city and town in Texas. This is based on travel time and distance to each location. This flat rate method allows Commercial Appliance Repair to quote a service call price that includes getting our technician to the site.

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Our service department operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our on call service technicians.
